From Fortune 500 to privately held companies, Jeff delivers strategic guidance through civil and commercial litigation with efficiency.

Overview

Jeff focuses his practice on helping clients with civil and commercial litigation matters such as contract, fraud, negligence, construction, and real estate disputes across various sectors, including healthcare, technology, energy, food, manufacturing, and financial services. He has represented a diverse range of clients on multi-jurisdictional litigation, including Fortune 500 and privately held companies.

Jeff combines efficient dispute resolution with preventive measures, developing innovative fee structures and litigation avoidance strategies that align legal costs with business objectives. He is experienced in the defense and pursuit of eight-figure contract and fraud claims. He has achieved successful results for clients, including a seven-figure judgment and multiple six-figure recoveries, while creating structured strategies that turn litigation into a valuable business asset rather than a financial burden. He counsels and defends clients throughout all stages of litigation and is experienced in jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and appeals.

Prior to joining Stinson, Jeff was a co-founding partner of a Phoenix law firm, where he led the firm’s litigation practice area and handled disputes across the country, including advising a multi-billion dollar company on a nine-figure contract dispute.
