Overview
Prior to joining the firm, Kelsey gained experience working as a judicial law clerk for the Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals, where she conducted research and recommended disposition of issues. Kelsey also served as a law clerk for the Natural Resources Defense Council and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
