Overview
Luke protects client interests in a variety of contexts, including mass tort bankruptcies and out-of-court restructurings. His experience with international capital markets transactions and cross-border insolvency situations enables him to advise clients facing complex financial challenges.
Prior to joining the firm, Luke practiced at two global law firms in London, helping multinational enterprises raise capital and restructure their financial liabilities. He also served as a law clerk to Judge Deborah L. Thorne of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Before admission to the bar, Luke interned for the U.S. Congressional Budget Office, the UK House of Commons, the U.S. Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. Department of State. He also worked for Riverland Community College in Austin, Minnesota.
Luke enjoys working with individual clients on pro bono immigration matters.
