Overview
Mark advises clients on a broad range of real estate transactions, with particular experience in development projects and public-private partnerships. His focus spans land use and zoning, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and economic development incentives. He regularly assists with Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Industrial Revenue Bonds (IRBs), STAR Bonds, Community Improvement Districts (CIDs), property tax exemptions, and various state and federal grant programs.
Prior to joining Stinson, Mark's experience as a real estate associate at a prominent regional law firm gave him practical insight into both legal and regulatory processes, enabling him to help clients advance projects with efficiency and confidence. His early experiences, including internships with U.S. Senator Jerry Moran and the Senate Finance Committee, provided him with valuable insights into how the regulatory environment shapes economic development.
