Mary Ashley applies her transactional and regulatory experience to deliver practical solutions for clients in the real estate sector. She provides detail-oriented assistance on lease agreements, corporate contracts, and compliance matters and leverages her prior clerkship and consulting experience to approach client needs with both legal and practical insight.

Before joining the firm, Mary Ashley worked as a summer associate in Stinson’s St. Louis office, where she drafted transactional documents including lease amendments, resolutions and affidavits, and prepared country conditions reports in support of asylum cases.
