Matt represents clients in complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts as well as in AAA and FINRA arbitrations.
Overview
With experience in both litigation and arbitration, Matt’s practice encompasses business torts, contract disputes, professional negligence, employment law, construction law, insurance disputes, bankruptcy-related litigation, class-action litigation and appellate law. Matt also has experience with EB-5 litigation, including disputes between investor groups, developers, foreign finders, individuals, agents, and regional centers, as well as SEC compliance issues.
While in law school, Matt was an intern for the Honorable Sam Cummings, a federal judge for the Northern District of Texas. He also participated in the Oxford University Summer Law Program in Oxford, England, where he took classes on international law, real estate law, constitutional law and free speech at Queen's College.
