Overview
Megan assists on a wide range of securities, business, and financial services litigation, including class actions.
Prior to joining Stinson, Megan worked on financial services, business and health care litigation at a Kansas firm, defending national investment advisory firms and regional health care entities in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration. At an AmLaw 30 firm in New York, Megan worked on complex commercial litigation, including jury trials, expedited injunctions and appeals in federal court. She defended cases involving contract disputes, securities law, mergers and white-collar investigations, including advising Fortune 500 clients on litigation risks and SEC filings.
Megan worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Kathryn H. Vratil of the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.
