Peyton leverages her experience to provide comprehensive legal solutions for clients facing various real estate challenges. She excels in conducting complex legal research to craft effective strategies for individual client needs and brings experience assisting on eminent domain issues, easement and boundary disputes, property reclassification challenges and HOA covenant enforcement.
Prior to joining the firm, Peyton gained valuable insight into real estate, environmental and historic preservation law working as an associate attorney and law clerk at multiple law firms throughout Colorado. She brings experience assisting in civil litigation matters like drafting pleadings and motions, analyzing disclosures and interviewing witnesses.
