Rebecca Lowell

Rebecca focuses her practice on corporate and transactional matters, with experience supporting clients in entity formation, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance. She brings a background in both law and the arts, combining analytical precision with a creative approach to problem solving.

Before joining the firm, Rebecca gained experience as a student attorney in a transactional clinic, where she advised nonprofit and for-profit clients on incorporation, tax-exempt status, and governance policies. She also served as a legal extern, drafting and reviewing a wide range of agreements, and as a legal intern, where she worked on renewable energy project finance investments and tax credit matters.
