Overview
Sam brings experience working as a law clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota, where she strengthened her legal analysis and strategy skills related to bankruptcy law. Prior to joining the firm, Sam worked at a regional law firm on commercial litigation matters and assisted in representing banks and finance companies in bankruptcy and state court. Sam also previously worked as a law clerk for the Blue Earth County District Court where she worked on a wide range of issues in several different areas of the law. During law school, Sam worked as a judicial intern in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.
