Overview
Taylor guides clients through the full life cycle of real estate projects. Her work ranges from advising on planning, zoning and land use matters to drafting, negotiating and executing purchase and sale, leasing and financing transactions.
Taylor assists municipalities, developers and property owners with planning and zoning matters, including navigating complex historic designation determinations. She also works closely with clients on development incentives such as Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Industrial Revenue Bonds (IRBs), STAR Bonds, Community Improvement Districts (CIDs), and property tax exemptions. Her experience includes negotiating and supporting acquisitions, dispositions and leasing transactions, as well as performing in-depth real estate due diligence on an array of transactional and corporate matters, including detailed title and survey review.
Taylor's relationship with Stinson began early in her career. She spent her 1L and 2L summers with the firm as a summer associate, gaining experience that shaped her practical, client-focused approach and continues to inform how she helps clients navigate complex projects from start to finish.
