Overview
Bill counsels domestic and international clients on pre-merger notification compliance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act. He regularly represents multi-national corporations, private equity, venture capital and hedge funds, mutual funds and investment advisers in financial and strategic acquisitions of all types.
Bill has experience handling matters involving the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission antitrust investigations of corporate mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures in a variety of industries, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, software and telecommunications.
