Zachary J. Wright

Zach has represented clients of all sizes in environmental, energy, and transportation matters before state and federal district courts, appellate courts and administrative agencies. He knows that preparation defeats complexity, so he works diligently to understand every facet of his clients’ businesses, issues, and objectives to achieve the best result possible.

In addition to his litigation work, Zach advises clients on complex regulatory matters and investigations involving the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, and other state and federal agencies. Since joining the firm, he has developed extensive experience and familiarity with both environmental regulatory frameworks and energy and utility development processes.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Zach was a summer associate and also gained experience working as a law clerk for the Minnesota Court of Appeals where he assisted in legal issues involving both civil and criminal cases.
