Overview

Liz is a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the litigation group.  Her practice focuses on complex business, commercial, and contract litigation.  In addition, Liz has substantial experience representing real estate developers, individuals, and businesses in land use and zoning disputes before local administrative and legislative bodies as well as state and federal courts.  Liz also has experience representing businesses and financial institutions defending against claims related to cyber security incidents, including in putative class actions.

Prior to joining Vorys, Liz worked as a law clerk to the Honorable R. Brooke Jackson for the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.  She also served as an extern for the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Liz received her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and served as an associate editor for the University of Colorado Law Review.  She received her B.A. summa cum laude from The Ohio State University.
