Bridget R. Brenner-Pacey

Bridget is an associate in the Vorys Akron office and a member of the corporate and finance, energy and real estate groups.  Her practice focuses on representing both public and private companies in corporate and transactional matters, as well as finance and commercial real estate matters. She has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities and periodic reporting and disclosure (Form 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K reporting and proxy statement disclosure). She also regularly represents lender clients in a variety of both secured and unsecured financing transactions, including syndicated facilities, asset-based lending, acquisition finance, mezzanine lending and real estate finance.

Bridget received her J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law, where she served as an assistant editor for the Akron Law Review.  She received her B.S. from Miami University.
