Overview
Graham is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the firm’s intellectual property (IP) group. He is admitted to practice before the USPTO. He has experience in multiple technology areas, with particular experience in mechanical devices, medical devices, material sciences, autonomous and smart control systems, lighting systems, structures, oil and gas, heat transfer, artificial intelligence, and integrated circuit design.
Graham received his J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he served as the managing editor for the IP Theory law journal. He worked at the IU Maurer IP Clinic helping small entities prosecute patents. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in mechanical engineering.
