Overview

Chris is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the tax group.  He divides his time across the economic development incentives and real estate practice areas, providing legal services for developers and operating businesses through all stages of real estate development.  These efforts include the utilization of economic development incentives, tax incentives, economic development financing mechanisms, public-private partnerships and special economic development entities across the country.  In addition, he provides real estate transactional support for a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions.

Chris has lectured on economic development incentives topics for Heritage Ohio, the Ohio Economic Development Association (OEDA), and the Ohio Conference of Community Development (OCCD).

Chris received his J.D. from Boston College Law School, where he was a senior editor for the Boston College Law Review. He received his B.S. from The Ohio State University.
