Domenic R. DiPietro

Domenic is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the firm’s finance, energy and real estate group.  His practice is primarily focused on commercial finance matters, including syndicated loan facilities, asset-based lending facilities, acquisition financings and other lending transactions.  Domenic represents national and regional banks and lenders, large and mid-size corporate borrowers, financial institutions and private equity firms.

Domenic received his J.D. magna cum laude from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he served as a law senator on the Ohio State Inter-Professional Council and served as a managing editor for the Ohio State Technology Law Journal.  He earned his B.S.B.A. summa cum laude from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business with a specialization in finance.
