Overview
Tracy is an associate in the Vorys Orange County office and a member of the firm’s litigation group.
Her practice focuses on litigation matters including, but not limited to, commercial litigation, complex business disputes, financial services litigation, creditors’ rights, corporate shareholder and partnership disputes, labor and employment, and trade secret litigation.
Prior to joining Vorys, she served as a term law clerk to the Honorable Judge Dan A. Polster of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Before her clerkship, Tracy served nine years on active duty as a judge advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps. She held several litigation positions, including prosecutor, trial observer on behalf of the Department of Defense and defense counsel.
Tracy received her LL.M. in international criminal law from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and her J.D. cum laude from the Syracuse University College of Law. She graduated cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Spanish and political science.
