2013 Ohio Safety Congress & Expo

Vorys partner Dave Campbell and of counsel Rosemary Welsh spoke at the 2013 Ohio Safety Congress & Expo that took place April 9-11, 2013. Their presentation entitled Successful Management of FMLA, ADA and Workers’ Compensation Claims, addressed the overlap of FMLA, ADA, and workers’ compensation claims, provided pointers on dealing with the interaction, and updated participants on recent changes in these statutes and anti-discrimination laws.
