2015 DRI Annual Meeting

Vorys Partner Pam Bresnahan participated in a panel at the 2015 DRI Annual Meeting on October 10, 2015.  The panel was titled “Deep Cover? Developing Issues in Confidentiality, the Attorney-Client Privilege, and Work-Product Protections for Outside Corporate Counsel and In-Firm Lawyers.”  Pam and other panelists examined the state of confidentiality, attorney client privilege, work product protections, and discussed topics such as the emerging in-firm privilege, privilege logs and waivers, establishing and maintaining the privilege during internal investigations, the business legal issues for corporate lawyers and related ethical issues.
