2024 ABA - IPT Advanced State Income Tax Seminar

Dave Froling, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and lead of the firm's state and local tax group, was on a panel at the 2024 ABA - IPT Advanced State Income Tax Seminar on March 11.  The panel was titled "How Gross is It?  Issues in Computing Gross Income for Gross Receipts Taxes."  The panelists discussed the meaning of gross income for federal income tax purposes and the treatment of reimbursements.
