2024 AILA Annual Conference and Webcast on Immigration Law

Dave Cook, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office, spoke at the 2024 American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Annual Conference and Webcast on Immigration Law.  His panel was titled "E-1/E-2 Overview (Fundamentals)."  Panelists provided an overview of how to assess whether there is qualifying trade or investment, and they advised on best practices to employ during the application process.
