2024 Professional Development Consortium Summer Conference

Britt Schmidt, the firm's chief legal talent and inclusion officer, presented at the 2024 Professional Development Consortium (PDC) Summer Conference on July 12.  Her presentation was titled "Future by Design – A Framework for Activating Your Talent Strategy."  This session armed professional development leaders with the tools they need to help their firms design and drive change around important firm imperatives, such as the future of work, strategic growth, succession planning and talent retention.
