Leveraging AI in M&A

Bruce Paige, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the firm's mergers and acquisitions practice, appeared on a panel titled "Leveraging AI in M&A" at ACG Cincinnati's September Lunch at the Queen City Club on September 17. 

Topics discussed included how AI tools are being used in mergers and acquisitions, the current and anticipated limitations of AI, how AI tools may shape staffing needs and how the panel foresees AI evolving within the mergers and acquisitions space. 

He was joined by Chris Stradling, co-head of Lincoln International's Consumer Group and Jarrod Anderson, CAIO at SYRV.AI.  Kim Schaefer, a partner in the Vorys Cincinnati office, acted as moderator.
