2025 Mega Tax Conference 

Lauren Fromme and Dan Jaffe, partners in the Vorys Columbus office and members of the firm's tax group, presented at the 2025 Mega Tax Conference, a virtual conference organized by The Ohio Society of CPAs, on December 9 at 11:00 A.M. EST. 

Their presentation was titled "Mastering 1031 Exchanges" and informed attendees on the intricacies of like-kind exchanges, best practices for exchange structures and avoiding pitfalls.
