American Bar Associations Tax Section Meeting

Vorys attorney Linda Mendel was a panel speaker at the American Bar Associations Tax Section Meeting on May 7.  The panel’s presentation was titled “Necessary Plan Language in Light of Recent Guidance from the Supreme Court and Lower Courts” and examined language that should be included in various employee benefit plan documents to curtail litigation.
