Health Reform is Constitutional - What Should Employers Do Now?

The Ohio Council for Home Care and Hospice Fall Conference & Tradeshow was held at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, September 18-20, 2012.  The Conference focused on critical health care industry issues and initiatives with various panel presentations.

Jennifer Dunsizer, Linda Mendel and Jolie Havens of Vorys provided an overview of employer issues raised under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act with a focus on what employers need to and when they need to do it.
