Internet Law Leadership Summit

Vorys attorney Colleen Devanney presented at the Internet Law Leadership Summit on May 12, 2016.  Her presentation was titled “Through the Looking Glass(door): Addressing Reviews on this Popular Employment Website” and addressed how unique issues arise when addressing online postings in the employment context, how to manage online content employees post, recent NLRB decisions affecting the issues and how courts have been reluctant, on First Amendment grounds, to reveal the identities of anonymous "GlassDoor" posters.
