Kentucky Mineral Law Conference

Vorys Partner Michael Settineri presented at the Kentucky Mineral Law Conference hosted by the Energy and Mineral Law Foundation on October 22, 2015.  His presentation was titled “What You Should Know About Induced Seismicity” and discussed induced seismicity, including the basis on what is induced seismicity, how it is regulated at the state level and how the regulations are impacting the oil and gas industry. The presentation also included a review and discussion of recent regulatory efforts and litigation.
