LIBOR Discontinuance: What You Need To Know

Vorys partner Nici Workman and associate Zach Brumfield held a webinar titled, “LIBOR Discontinuance: What You Need To Know,” on July 30, 2019. It is expected that LIBOR will no longer be available by the end of 2021, if not sooner. This webinar covered a brief update on the current status of LIBOR discontinuance, including recent guidance and other consultations from ISDA and the Alternative Reference Rates Committee. They also provided guidance on what to think about in respect of commercial loan and derivatives documentation.
