Update on Substantive & Procedural Patent Harmonization for 2020 AIPPI World Congress Online

Anthony Venturino, a partner in the Vorys Washington, D.C. office and member of the technology and intellectual property group, participated in a panel session on substantive & procedural patent harmonization. The AIPPI World Congress Online is a yearly conference in which participants analyze important topics in the intellectual property space. This panel featured a discussion on current ideas, initiatives, and road blocks along the path to substantive patent harmonization.
