ABA Section of Taxation: 2024 May Tax Meeting

Jen presented with the Employee Benefits Executive Compensation, Fringe Benefit and Federal Securities Law Subcommittee and their presentation was titled "Executive Compensation, Fringe Benefit and Federal Securities Law Update."

Jacquie presented with the Employee Benefits Welfare Plan, EEOC, FMLA and Leave Issues Subcommittee and their presentation was titled "The Road Forward:  Relationship of Benefit Plans and PBMs."
