Cincinnati Bar Association Annual Employee Benefits Conference

Evan Sumner, an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and member of the litigation group, will speak at the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Employee Benefits Conference at the Cincinnati Bar Center on June 5.  His presentation, titled "Fiduciary Frenzy: the Changing Landscape of ERISA Fiduciary Litigation," will explore recent developments in ERISA fiduciary litigation, highlighting emerging trends in fiduciary litigation involving health and welfare and retirement plans governed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
