Chaz Billington, a partner in the Cleveland office and a member of the labor and employment group, conducted a webinar titled “DEI and Employment Law Post-Trump: Navigating Legal Risk and Compliance” on June 17.  The webinar, hosted by L Suite, analyzed key rulings from the Trump administration and how they impact employment practices, and also focused on developing strategies to mitigate risks tied to DEI-hiring practices.  Arezou Arefi-Afshar, the chief legal officer for Stealth, joined Billington on the webinar.
