Ethics and ESI

This is the second webinar in the Vorys 2024 Professional Conduct & Ethics Webinar Series.

In this presentation, Partners Doug Matthews and Mitch Tobias will discuss recent development and ethical rules related to ESI, including the duty of competence, obligations in the event of receiving inadvertently produced documents, recent court rulings on ESI-related discovery issues, and related topics. 

This webinar is pending 1 hour of ethics/professional conduct CLE credit in California and Ohio. It is also pending 1 hour of New Lawyer Training credit in Ohio, and on-demand credit in Ohio and California.  It has been approved for 1 hour of general credit in Virginia and 1 hour of live and on-demand ethics/professional conduct credit in Pennsylvania, Texas and Kentucky.
