I.CON East 2025

Scott Ziance, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and national economic development incentives practice, will serve as a session moderator at the I.CON East conference at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson on June 5.  He will guide a session titled "Re-Imagining Industrial Real Estate: AI-driven Innovation in Real Life," which will feature insights provided by Doris Pitilon, the chief technical officer of Faropoint, and Ohad Porat, the chief investment officer of Faropoint, on the transformative impact of artificial intelligence in the field.
