I.CON East 2025

Scott Ziance, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and national economic development incentives practice, served as a session moderator at the I.CON East conference at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson on June 5.  He guided a session titled "Re-Imagining Industrial Real Estate: AI-driven Innovation in Real Life," which featured insights provided by Doris Pitilon, the chief technical officer of Faropoint, and Ohad Porat, the chief investment officer of Faropoint, on the transformative impact of artificial intelligence in the field.
