ICSC + U.S. Law Conference 

Jacinto Núñez, a partner in the Vorys' finance, energy and real estate group, spoke at the ICSC + U.S. Law Conference on October 10 at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina in San Diego, CA.  His presentation was titled "Common Area Controls: The Power Struggle," covering the legal aspects of controlling common areas in shopping centers and the potential for conflict between developers and anchor occupants.  Topics included permitted building areas, construction scheduling, view corridors and more.  He was joined by Heather Moraes, an attorney with Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman.
