Professionalism in Mediation: A Lawyer's Creed in Action (Webinar) 

Libby Callan, of counsel in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the firm's labor and employment group, spoke as part of a webinar titled "Professionalism in Mediation: A Lawyer's Creed in Action."  This webinar focused on A Lawyer's Creed — a text adopted by the Supreme Court of Ohio as a foundation for professionalism in the practice of law in Ohio — and its application to the practice of mediation and exploring alternatives to resolving litigation. 

Callan was joined by Eve Stratton, former Justice of the Supreme Court of Ohio and retired of counsel to the Vorys Columbus office, as well as Alicia Bond-Lewis, associate general counsel for Cincinnati Children's Hospital and the Honorable Magistrate Judge Stephanie Bowman of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
