Webinar: Commercial Real Estate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Basics 

Carrie Brosius and Kari Coniglio, partners in the Vorys Cleveland and Akron offices, presented a webinar titled "Commercial Real Estate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Basics" as part of Vorys' Seventh Annual Commercial Loan Workout Webinar Series.  The webinar took place from noon to 1:00 P.M. on October 6.  The attorneys discussed critical market trends and some risk mitigation strategies in the commercial real estate sector.  This session also provided valuable guidance for professionals navigating the complexities of the treatment of commercial real estate in bankruptcy.
