Webinar: Health and Welfare Compliance

Chris Poth, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office, and Rylee Snively, an associate in the firm's Columbus office, presented a webinar on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 titled "Health and Welfare Compliance: An Overview of Common Compliance Items and Deadlines."  They discussed health and welfare compliance.  This program provided an overview of various compliance deadlines that may be applicable to an employer’s health and welfare plans.  Attendees left the presentation with a checklist of compliance items and a sample compliance calendar.
