Vorys partners Carrie Brosius and Joel Lund presented a webinar titled "Lightning Round: Common Issues and Questions Faced by Commercial Lenders" as part of Vorys' Seventh Annual Commercial Loan Workout Webinar Series.  The webinar took place from noon to 1:00 P.M. on September 8.  The attorneys discussed common misconceptions and concerns faced by workout lenders with respect to cognovit notes and electronic signatures, fraudulent conveyance concerns, and trusts as borrowers, guarantors, grantors and mortgagors.
