Webinar: The Changing Landscape of ERISA Fiduciary Litigation

Evan Sumner, an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and member of the litigation group, will host a webinar on behalf of the Ohio State Bar Association on August 19 at 1:00 PM.  His presentation, titled "Fiduciary Frenzy: the Changing Landscape of ERISA Fiduciary Litigation," will explore recent developments in ERISA fiduciary litigation, highlighting emerging trends in fiduciary litigation involving health and welfare and retirement plans governed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
