Webinar: What's Going On at the USPTO?

Mark Messinger and Bill Oldach, partners in the Vorys Washinton, D.C. office and members of the intellectual property group, hosted a webinar titled "What's Going On at the USPTO?" on November 5 from noon to 1 P.M. EST. 

The webinar examined recent developments at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and provided a wide-angle view of the impacts these changes are having on offensive and defensive patent strategies for Vorys clients and other stakeholders.  They discussed updates regarding the USPTO Examining Corps, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, AI and other topics.
