Webinar: What's Going On at the USPTO?
Mark Messinger and Bill Oldach, partners in the Vorys Washinton, D.C. office and members of the intellectual property group, will host a webinar titled "What's Going On at the USPTO?" on November 5 from noon to 1 P.M. EST.
The webinar will examine recent developments at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and provide a wide-angle view of the impacts these changes are having on offensive and defensive patent strategies for Vorys clients and other stakeholders. They'll also discuss updates regarding the USPTO Examining Corps, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, AI and other topics.
