Overview

Andrew is an associate in the Vorys Cleveland and Akron offices, and a member of the firm’s litigation practice.  

Andrew is experienced in all aspects of the litigation process, including written discovery, individual and corporate depositions, motion practice, evidentiary proceedings and trial.  He has appeared before various state and federal courts and has a detailed understanding of each court system’s unique rules and procedures.  Andrew has represented both individuals and corporate clients in a wide array of disputes.

Andrew handles matters across various industries, and his practice is primarily focused on corporate lawsuits, commercial contract litigation and intellectual property disputes.

Andrew received his J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law, where he was an editor on the law review and received awards for excellence in torts, legal writing, intellectual property practicum and Uniform Commercial Code sales.  He served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Alice M. Batchelder on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
