Overview

Eli is an associate in the Vorys Akron office and a member of the firm’s labor and employment group.

Eli has experience conducting workplace investigations for large employers and helping identify and address potential misconduct including harassment, discrimination, retaliation and other complex workplace issues.  Eli has represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, the Florida Commission on Human Relations and similar state agencies across the country.

Prior to joining Vorys, he served as a legal extern for The Honorable Chief Justice Sharon L. Kennedy of the Supreme Court of Ohio, and as law clerk for the Office of White House Counsel for the Biden-Harris Administration. 

Eli received his J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law, where he served as president of both the Student Bar Association and the American Constitution Society.  He received his B.A.A. in sports management from Central Michigan University.
