Jane E. Honerlaw

Jane is an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the firm’s nationally recognized Vorys eControl practice group.  When designing authorized seller programs, she tailors policies to clients’ sales channels to implement consistent quality control mechanisms.  Jane’s experience includes drafting product warranties and satisfaction guarantees, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.  She also advises clients on seller agreements and Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies.

Jane received her J.D. with high honors from The George Washington University Law School, where she was an associate of The George Washington Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif.  She received her B.A. cum laude from the University of Notre Dame.
