Overview
Jennifer is an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the Vorys eControl group. Her practice focuses on assisting clients with intellectual property matters, including trademark infringement, false advertising and unfair competition issues. As a member of Vorys eControl, Jennifer helps clients address brand protection issues online, with a particular focus on addressing unauthorized and illegal sales on online marketplace websites for retail and direct sales clients. Jennifer’s experience includes investigating and identifying online sellers, utilizing a wide range of enforcement tactics to combat unauthorized and illegal sales, and addressing complex product diversion schemes.
Jennifer received her J.D. magna cum laude from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, where she served as an author and editor for the Catholic University Law Review. She received her B.A. from the University of South Dakota and graduated from the honors program.
