Overview

Megan is an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the Vorys eControl group.  Megan counsels clients on eCommerce strategies, brand protection issues, product diversion, and intellectual property enforcement.  She also investigates and prosecutes cases in the areas of trademark law, consumer protection law, false advertising, and unfair and deceptive trade practices.

Prior to joining Vorys, Megan was an extern for the Honorable Judge Susan J. Dlott for the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio.  Megan received her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she was the notes and comments chair for the University of Cincinnati Law Review and an article editor for Human Rights Quarterly.  She received her B.A. summa cum laude from The Ohio State University.
