Airey Quoted in Crain's Cleveland Business Story About Oil and Gas Exploration in Ohio

W. Jonathan Airey, a partner in the firm’s Columbus office, was quoted in a Crain’s Cleveland Business story entitled “Law firms, too, ready for action in fracking.”

The article states: “Vorys attorneys are spending more time on oil and gas litigation matters as land leases increase in value, said Jonathan Airey, a partner in the firm's Columbus office and coordinator of its energy practice. Historically, he said, such leases were not of enough value to merit such litigation. ‘The stakes are much higher,’ he said. Mr. Airey anticipates Vorys' attention to these matters to continue to increase as oil and gas companies begin developing the shale positions they have.”
